I know that y’all (the proper form of the second person plural!) are dying to know, WHERE IS MY UMARY AND WHEN CAN I GET IT?
At this point it has successfully crossed the border and I expect to have it in hand in the next couple of days. Your faith and patience is soon to be rewarded!

Here is my reply:
According to the FDA UMARY contains the hidden ingredients Diclofenac and omeprazole, which are not listed on the label.
Diclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug and Omeprazole is a proton pump inhibitor, [basically an antacid].
In contrast, FDA laboratory analysis confirmed that Umovy contains dexamethasone and diclofenac not listed on the product label.
Diclofenac we have seen above, and Dexamethasone is a corticosteroid commonly used to treat inflammatory conditions.
In both cases the FDA does not provide either a percentage or volumetric analysis of the quantity of these drugs, only says that they are present and detailing the dire effects if these drugs are abused. Note that none of these is prohibited, as they are present in other medications requiring a doctors prescription.
As inflammation is the proximate cause of joint pain both UMARY and UMOVY are effective because they reduce inflammation. Were the manufacturer to openly list these ingredients both products would be banned because the FDA does not allow medicaments requiring a doctors prescription to be sold over the counter.
All of this information, and more has been presented and discussed on this website. I have always conscientious about presenting all these facts as they become available. As I have no direct way to compel the manufacturer to provide me with their proprietary formulas I am unaware of what precisely is in them (I have asked and received no reply) I can only make this information available as it becomes public.
What I do know is that it has been highly effective for myself and thousands of people, many of whom clamor for their UMARY and UMOVY as they cannot function in life without it. I know of some doctors who regularly buy from me for their patients, as well as other doctors who do not because there is not detailed breakdown of the actual ingredient lists even as they use it themselves.

As always I urge everyone to pay close attention to possible side effects of either or both of these alleviants. I have always trusted y’all with the best truth I have because I know that y’all are steady, thoughtful and responsible people with solid common sense. Anything you put into your body will have an effect on your body. It is your responsibility to be aware and take good care of yourselves. I know that some few people have had adverse reactions, from mild to more serious. Some people have discontinued using UMARY or UMOVY based on their reactions. I know of many who have slight reactions but continue using it because the adverse effects of NOT using it are so dire that they willingly bear the mild side effects. All of us make free choices based on our priorities. This is as it should be.
