Betrayal and change

Some months back (don’t look for the evidence on these pages, many previous posts were lost when I was forced to transition to this platform) I had talked about how pleased I was to be able to offer UMARY with a new label, UMARY USA.  I had worked on this with an independent business man with whom I had a relationship ,to facilitated the design and production of the UMARY USA label.  He was a big player selling UMARY and then UMARY USA on Amazon.  He received the UMARY shipments after they had crossed the border and sent some to me.

At the time the FDA discovered Diclofenac in UMARY and it was subsequently banned by Amazon he was in possession of several cases of both UMARY and UMARY USA which were earmarked for me.  He evidently sold them to other buyers who presumably offered him a better price than we had agreed to.  This means another short term supply chain disruption for us.

As the stock I have is all there is until the new supply chain is put in place.  Mostly it is done, but it will still take a little while for it to begin deliveries to me.

As this person was in charge of the new UMARY USA label process, he has killed the UMARY USA label.  Consequently going forward I will be offering only the original UMARY product.  Please note that UMARY USA is UMARY with a different label.  Both have the identical ingredients, are made with the same processes and in the same facilities.

Because of this the Three Pack and Quad Pack are not available until I am resupplied, and there is a limit on how many Single and Twin Packs can be obtained at one time.  I know some clever people will order multiple times, but I will refund anyone who exceeds this limit.

In times of short supply and high demand economic theory says prices should increase.  Because I am in this more for the benefit of my fellow sufferers than for maximum profit prices will remain as they are until I am resupplied and have a clear picture of what my costs are going to be going forward.

I have also fixed the ordering system so that providing your shipping address in integrated into the checkout process.

  1. Thank you for your ongoing efforts – very much appreciated. At present I have almost a years’ supply so hope you can get everything in order.
    We were missionaries in Ecuador for many years and on a return visit this February took along some extra ones for some friends. A number of them were so impressed that they immediately requested some from friends in the US. To most of them the cost is quite unaffordable, so I tried a Chinese knock off of the product, with the idea of finding something more affordable for them. It was
    nothing more than garbage as far as effectiveness.
    Big pharma must really hate this product – both the FDA and Health Canada are putting the squeeze on to squash this stuff.
