The long awaited UMARY finally arrived a little while ago. Tomorrow I will be shipping everybody’s who have paid orders, or at least most of y’all. Certainly everything will hit the Post Office by Saturday morning.
It has been a great embarrassment to me to have to reply to y’all’s questions, “When is it coming?” by saying that I hadn’t the faintest idea. All I know is that at some point it arrived in Tijuana, and at another point that it was inside the US and yet another point that it was near Los Angeles. But that was the extent of my information. I prefer to give timely and accurate updates, but I have been utterly unable to do so.
Some will say I’m racist to say this (which I will refute in a minute), but I am forced to deal with people who do not share my ideas about urgency and commitment, in short, the mañana culture. It’s not about race, it is about culture. We forget, or choose not not notice, that people from other places don’t share our culture. That means they don’t think thee way most of us do, and don’t act the way most of us believe we should act.
I’m not a racist, but I am a cultural supremacist because I believe that America is the absolute best place in the world and, whatever great cultural values exist outside the US, American culture is the best in the world. We need to keep improving, but it is the best.
Some cultures are purely toxic, as the Europe and the UK are finding out. I hope we don’t have to find out the way they are, the hard way. But I fear we shall as our “Elites” have been feeding us a line of guff and too may have believed it.
Anyway, more on all kinds of stuff later, now that I can hold my head up and follow through on my commitments to y’all.
